Home Information Packs (HIP's)

We at Domestic Energy Assessor can also provide Home Information Packs (HIP) for property. The HIP will contain important information that buyers and sellers need to know helping to improve the selling procedure.

The Basic HIP is a partial HIP that must be in place before a property can be marketed. This applies to all properties when the first day of marketing falls on or after April 6th 2009. The full HIP is still required within 28 days of the first point of marketing.
